Michelle has been a fitness enthusiast for over ten years. She is a Power lifter and amateur Figure Competitor. She trains three to four days per week and considers herself a “jack of all trades” in terms of her workout style. Michelle believes in combining various different exercise programming and has previously used them in her role as a group fitness instructor. She knew early in her career that functional training, aerobic and anaerobic activity, along with resistance and strength training keep bodies in a constant upgrade of strength, flexibility, and endurance resulting in an overall healthier lifestyle.
She is passionate about helping people reach their personal fitness goals, believing everyone should be able to obtain a physically fit body and mind through education, motivation, and coaching. She looks forward to bringing her knowledge and motivation to her clients at Milwaukee Adventure Boot Camp.
